Crafting in the Craft – from the Thicket of a Witch blog

I found this excellent post about making one’s own witch tools on Spanish Moss’s Thicket of a Witch blog. I was telling him in the Coven of the Catta we are required to make our own tools as best we can with the skills we have, not buy them on some new age wiccan internet store. And the only time i ever saw one hand made was decades ago up at the old covenstead where a witch took a piece of steel and ground it down with a stone wheel grinder to make her athame, which was impressive. 1. Thanks for the shout out. It is always apprecaited. I’ve never seen anyone make their own athame before… I thought it a worthy endeavor.
